Changing Tax in SAP

How to change Tax in SAP:

In IMG go to:
->Finacial A/C New -> Tax on Sales/Purchase -> Basic Setting -> Check Calculation Procedure

Now define
Condition Type -> go to Record for Access

Change the Tax.
